Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, bar, room service, and banqueting.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, guest satisfaction, and brand reputation.
  • Lead, train, and inspire the F&B team to deliver top-quality service and uphold company standards.
  • Monitor performance metrics, budgets, and profitability; identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with culinary teams to maintain menu creativity, quality, and consistency.
  • Handle guest feedback professionally, ensuring swift and effective service recovery.
  • Drive employee engagement through coaching, recognition, and career development.
  • Manage inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships.
  • Stay updated with F&B trends to ensure innovation and competitiveness in the market.


Responsibilities

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Sound understanding of F&B operations, cost control, and guest satisfaction.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
