We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern who is currently in their university practice period to join our Human Resources team. This is an unpaid internship that offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be proactive, eager to learn, and looking to apply their academic knowledge in a professional setting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job advertisements and reviewing candidate resumes.
  • Help maintain employee records and ensure they are accurately updated in HR systems.
  • Assist with organizing employee documentation, including benefits and performance records
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement events and wellness activities.
  • Support HR communication efforts, including sending out internal newsletters or updates.
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and assisting with general HR tasks.
  • Help coordinate training sessions and track employee participation.

Responsibilities

  • Currently enrolled in a university program, pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, and eligible to complete an internship as part of your academic practice period.
  • Previous internships or volunteer experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
