This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic finance leader who combines strong business acumen with a passion for hospitality excellence.

As Cluster Director of Finance, you'll safeguard the hotels' assets and deliver the financial strategy, controls and reporting that guide profitable decision-making — partnering closely with the General Manager and the wider executive leadership.

What you'll do:

·        Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and internal controls

·        Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and corporate requirements

·        Deliver insightful financial analysis to support business decisions

·        Strengthen internal controls and risk management practices

·        Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team

·        Partner with operational leaders to maximize profitability and efficiency

What you'll bring:

·        Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;

·        Professional qualification is highly preferred (ACCA, CPA, CIMA or similar)

·         Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles within hospitality

·        Strong understanding of hotel financial operations, controls, and reporting

·        Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

·        Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office applications

·        Integrity, discretion and a collaborative, guest-focused mindset
