Description

  • Assist the Income Auditor in compiling and reviewing daily revenue reports
  • Verify and reconcile daily income from various hotel departments (Front Office, F&B, etc.)
  • Support the preparation of daily revenue summaries and audit packs
  • Track and log discrepancies or unusual transactions for review
  • Help maintain organized and accurate financial files and documentation
  • Perform data entry tasks related to revenue and income auditing
  • Assist in month-end closing procedures related to income verification
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company financial policies

Responsibilities

  • Previous experience in Front Office Department
  • Language skills: Azerbaijani, English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of hotel systems (e.g.,Micros) is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions
  • Confidentiality and professionalism in handling financial data
