• Serve as primary point of contact for all Chinese-speaking partners (agencies, wholesalers, tour operators, corporate accounts).

• Lead contracting discussions with Chinese partners to improve speed and accuracy of agreements.

• Support group, MICE, and leisure RFP processes, ensuring timely communication and conversion.

• Identify new opportunities within the Chinese market (FIT, groups, corporate, MICE)

Responsibilities

• Native-level Mandarin (spoken & written) and fluent English required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.

• 1–3 years’ experience in hospitality, travel, or sales environment (luxury or international hotel experience preferred). • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Knowledge of Chinese travel trade networks, OTAs, and digital ecosystems (Ctrip, WeChat, Fliggy).

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.

• Team player with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
