Description
- Maintain and update employee records in EMAS and SAP;
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes and HR documentation;
- Open Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP for HR-related payments;
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation and assist with reporting and audits;
- Monitor leave, attendance, and contracts; register changes per legal requirements;
- Respond to employee queries on HR matters and escalate when needed;
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data and reports.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration or operations;
- Working knowledge of Azerbaijan Labour Law;
- Prior experience or training in SAP HR and/or EMAS systems is an advantage;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Good communication skills in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is a plus);
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
