· Identify and monitor tender opportunities through various official platforms and procurement portals.
· Analyze tender documentation and requirements to ensure accurate and compliant submissions.
· Prepare and compile technical, financial, and administrative documents in collaboration with internal teams.
· Coordinate the end-to-end tender process, including submission, clarification requests, and post-submission follow-ups.
· Maintain a centralized tender archive and ensure all records are properly stored and updated.
· Support negotiations and handovers for awarded tenders, ensuring seamless transition to execution teams.
· Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, clients, and procurement authorities.
Track submitted tenders and report on outcomes and lessons learned for process improvement.
· Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration or relevant field
· Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success roles, preferably in the technology sector
· International tender experience will be considered an asset.
· Language skills: Azerbaijani (fluent); English and Russian are desirable
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
· Ability to work with 1 C 8.3
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· A passion for technology and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt
