Description
- The IT Repair and Maintenance Specialist is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining computer hardware, peripherals, and basic network equipment to ensure continuous and efficient IT operations within the organization;
- Perform basic cable management and patching;
- Assist in maintaining network equipment (switches, routers);
- Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment;
- Install and configure new computer systems and peripherals.
Requirements
- 2 years experience in IT support or hardware repair;
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components;
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi);
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
