Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing international sales of Ferrosilicon, expanding the company’s customer portfolio, and ensuring effective export operations.


  • Conduct market research and identify new export opportunities
  • Attract new clients and build long-term partnerships
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts
  • Represent the company at business meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Ensure execution of sales plans and targets
  • Supervise logistics and field operations
  • Prepare and track export, import, and local sales documentation packages
  • Have a clear understanding of Ferrosilicon production technology and related services
  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date customer database
  • Record and update client interactions regularly
  • Process daily sales data using relevant software
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing customers



Responsibilities

  • Higher education (preferably in Business or related fields)
  • Experience in logistics, export, and import is an advantage
  • Fluency in Russian and English (minimum B2 level)
  • Strong command of MS Office programs
  • High sense of discipline, punctuality, and teamwork skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
