  • Lead and manage a sales team focused on the metallurgical sector.
  • Develop training programs to improve team knowledge and skills related to metallurgy.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, set sales goals, and mentor team members.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to capture new business and expand market share in the metallurgical industry.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with product development to align sales strategies with company offerings and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including manufacturers, suppliers, and large-scale industrial buyers.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure satisfaction through regular communication and addressing customer needs.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and close deals with customers in the metallurgical sector.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, including advances in metallurgy, metal alloys, and manufacturing processes.
  • Provide technical support and product expertise to clients, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers about the technical aspects and benefits of products.
  • Monitor and track sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue generation.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Oversee the pricing, proposals, and contract processes to ensure profitability and timely delivery.
  • Work closely with marketing, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer requirements and market demands.
  • Partner with procurement and logistics teams to manage product availability and supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Material Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the metallurgical or industrial sector, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of metallurgy, metal alloys, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proven experience managing sales teams and driving business in a technical, B2B environment.

  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the metallurgy industry, including key products, trends, and market dynamics.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a sales team while achieving sales goals.
  • Sales Skills: Expertise in consultative selling, account management, and contract negotiations.
