  • Launch and moderation of seller community channels (Telegram/WhatsApp), weekly webinars, monthly meetups, events, conferences
  • Educational and onboarding programs and self-service knowledge base/FAQ
  • Ambassador & case-study program
  • Product feedback loop: surveys, pilots/betas, release announcements
  • B2B SMM marketing
  • Seller products development
  • Third party partnerships 

Responsibilities

  • Own community strategy by seller segments; plan and run campaigns and events
  • Create and maintain knowledge base, educational content, checklists, video guides; drive self-service
  • Collect and structure insights for Commerce/Product; handle escalations and disputes; report on impact
  • Establish and lead all seller-facing communication channels.
  • Build and spearhead all strategic partnerships.
  • Lead product strategy and execution for the Seller Portal and the Seller mobile application.
