Account Manager

Esyasoft specializes in delivering AI-powered technology and analytics solutions, contributing to global energy transition projects through innovative and data-driven approaches. Our core expertise lies in the digital transformation of utility grids. Esyasoft CIS is expanding its presence in Azerbaijan, and we are now seeking a Contract & Vendor Performance Manager who oversees all contractual and commercial obligations between Esyasoft CIS, its vendors, and project teams. The role tracks deliverables, monitors vendor performance against SLAs, supports Change Requests, validates invoicing readiness, and highlights delays or non-compliances, ensuring structured contract governance across all workstreams.

• Maintain a comprehensive register of all contracts, addendums, deliverables, and obligations
• Track contractual milestones, deadlines, dependencies, and action items; proactively notify stakeholders of risks or delays
• Support preparation and review of Change Requests (CRs), including impact, cost, and scope assessments.
• Coordinate with technical, commercial, and project teams to ensure deliverables meet contractual scope and quality standards.
• Verify vendor invoice readiness based on milestone completion, material delivery, approvals, and completion certificates
• Monitor vendor performance KPIs and SLAs; track delays, quality issues, and escalate non-compliances.
• Manage retention, warranty periods, penalty clauses, and key commercial conditions.
• Support claims, extensions of time, and commercial clarifications with complete and accurate documentation.

Qualifications:



• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field relevant to contract and project management.
• 5+ years of experience in contract administration, vendor management, or commercial coordination within IT, engineering, utilities, or system integration projects.
• Strong understanding of contract structures, SLAs, change management, invoicing cycles, and vendor governance.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Excel tracking sheets; experience with Power BI or other dashboard tools is an advantage.
• Excellent Azerbaijani and English (written and verbal); Russian is a plus.
