The Business Analyst for the Command & Control Center (CCC) is responsible for designing, validating, and optimizing UI/UX and operational workflows for dashboards, monitoring tools, alarms, and command functions used within the Smart Gas ecosystem. This role ensures CCC operators, supervisors, and management receive accurate, intuitive, and actionable insights across AMI, GIS, CRM, Billing, Field Operations, UFG, Sensors/EVC, and other enterprise systems. The BA translates operational requirements into user journeys, UX specifications, dashboards, and functional workflows.
• Gather UI/UX requirements for all CCC dashboards including GIS views, AMI data displays, alarms, alerts, sensor/EVC monitoring, work orders, customer impact views, and executive dashboards.
• Define user journeys for CCC operators, supervisors, analysts, and executive users to ensure clarity, usability, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to prepare wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interaction workflows, ensuring consistency across platforms.
• Design operational workflows for AMI events, communication failures, tamper alerts, pressure/temperature breaches, sensor alarms, and UFG monitoring.
• Define escalation workflows for CCC, including routing to field teams, customer service teams, and specialized operations teams based on alarm severity and GIS location.
• Specify data integration requirements between CCC and HES, MDMS, GIS, CRM, Billing, Call Center, MFS/WFMS, ERP, and analytics platforms.
• Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), UI/UX requirement specifications, dashboard definitions, functional design documents (FDD), and process maps (BPMN).
• Define actionable KPIs, threshold levels, alarm classification standards, and device health indicators for CCC use.
• Support SIT and UAT cycles by validating UI/UX behavior, dashboard accuracy, alarm triggers, escalation flows, and overall user experience.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops with Azerigas teams, CCC vendor, AMI teams, GIS teams, CRM/Call Center teams, and field operations to gather and validate CCC requirements.
• Ensure CCC workflows align with the Smart Gas transformation strategy and operational readiness needs.
