Description
- Lead and supervise maintenance operations across commercial and residential properties;
- Oversee budgeting and procurement of maintenance-related equipment and materials;
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules;
- Develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and KPIs;
- Manage maintenance staff and coordinate work orders effectively;
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to resolve technical issues;
- Monitor service contracts and vendor performance;
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field;
- 5+ years of experience in a managerial maintenance role;
- Minimum 8 years of experience in facility or maintenance management;
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems;
- Strong leadership, budgeting, and organizational skills;
- Leadership and team management skills;
- Working proficiency in English.
