- Define the product vision and value proposition; own end-to-end outcomes.
- Collaborate continuously with stakeholders, delivery teams, and the wider e-government ecosystem.
- Ensure a user-centric approach across design and development.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Actively manage the backlog: prioritization (value vs. effort), refinement, and release planning.
- Ensure compliance with national digital strategies, regulations, and internal policies; align product strategy with organizational goals/OKRs.
- Plan and run usability testing and user research; ground decisions in data and insights.
- Make informed trade-offs to maximize value; balance scope and sequencing.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban); track throughput, lead time, quality; remove impediments.
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives; communicate status, decisions, and updates clearly to teams and leadership.
- Work confidently with G2C/G2B/G2G flows, licensing, information architecture/navigation, government service APIs, and SSO standards.
- Mentor junior/mid-level POs; coordinate multiple product teams when needed.
- Challenge the status quo with innovative, outcome-oriented thinking; create structure in ambiguity and foster team trust.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher).
- 4+ years of professional product development experience (public sector, services, B2B/B2C, e-commerce, or open-source).
- Ability to interpret and apply laws, decrees, and regulations in digital product delivery.
- Hands-on experience managing G2C/G2G/G2B digital products.
- Strong grasp of modern web architecture and integrations (e.g., microservices, APIs), with the ability to assess technical solutions.
- Excellent communication with development, infrastructure, marketing, and other partner teams.
- Experience mentoring junior/mid POs and overseeing several product teams.
- Ability to define strategic direction and product vision aligned to organizational and e-government goals.
- Oversight of large-scale product planning with clear alignment to business objectives.
- Track record of driving continuous innovation and improvement across the product lifecycle.
- Expertise in strategic roadmapping and senior stakeholder management.
- Proven leadership of high-impact, complex products; strong problem solving and change management.
- Competence in system analysis, re-design, and PRD documentation.
- Practical experience with Agile and/or Design Thinking.
- Tooling proficiency: Jira, Confluence, Figma.
