Description

  • Generate innovative concepts and project ideas (due to needs & briefs) for IDDA's digital platforms;
  • Develop engaging written content for various digital platforms, including website copy (mobile application copy will be needed), social media posts, ads copy (Google Search Ads, Meta Ads etc.) email marketing, and more;
  • Write short, digital-oriented video scripts tailored for TikTok & Instagram channels;
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to integrate written content seamlessly into overarching digital marketing campaigns;
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and brand voice across all written digital content, adhering to IDDA's brand guidelines;
  • Implement SEO best practices in written content to enhance visibility and search engine ranking;
  • Use data and analytics insights to inform content creation decisions, adapting strategies for optimal audience engagement;
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing & Production teams (in-house or 3rd parties) to align written content with overarching marketing strategies and goals;
  • Bring innovative approaches to copywriting, ensuring that written content remains fresh, relevant, and impactful;
  • Adapt writing style and tone to suit different digital platforms and target audiences;
  • Collaborate on content distribution strategies, ensuring written content is effectively delivered across digital channels;
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging content formats to continuously improve the quality and impact of written content.


Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Philology, or a related field;
  • Perfect command of Azerbaijani. Knowledge of English and / or Russian are desirable;
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) as a copywriter within the creative agency or a client side, with a focus on digital marketing content;
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse written content across digital platforms;
  • Creative and strategic thinking in copywriting;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Adaptability in tailoring content for different digital platforms and audiences;
  • Collaboration and communication skills within a digital marketing & other internal team.
