- Oversee the end-to-end process of data acquisition, preparation, and analysis to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Leverage advanced analytics and visualization techniques to uncover key trends and present actionable insights to senior leadership with clarity and impact.
- Design and develop executive-level dashboards and reports, ensuring they inform high-level decisions
- Manage and optimize data systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and resolving data-related issues efficiently.
- Create clear reports and presentations for diverse audiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet data needs.
- Mentor junior analysts, ensuring consistent methodologies and best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends and implement cutting-edge analytics techniques.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Over 2-3 years of experience as a data analyst, specializing in processing and extracting insights from complex datasets.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data analysis programming languages (Python).
- Proficient in data visualization with advanced expertise in developing Tableau dashboards, along with experience in Power BI and Apache Superset.
- Over 3 years of experience in writing and testing SQL queries with expertise in MSSQL and PostgreSQL databases.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques to drive data-driven insights.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a keen analytical mindset to address complex business challenges.
- Skills in optimizing and automating analytics processes.
- Working experience in data warehouse and ETL.
