Description

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and documentation in Confluence. 
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for web and mobile applications. 
  • Analyze test results and communicate findings effectively to cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, designers). 
  • Utilize Jira for bug tracking and prioritize defect resolution throughout the testing lifecycle. 
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members. 
  • Conduct API testing using tools like Postman and Swagger to ensure backend service functionality. 
  • Collaborate in designing and implementing effective testing strategies and best practices. 
  • Contribute to test automation by writing and maintaining scripts using Java. 
  • Use test case management tools (e.g., TestRail) to create and manage test cases and checklists efficiently. 

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience in manual and automated testing processes. 
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices. 
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Postman, Swagger, and TestRail. 
  • Solid understanding of SQL for data validation and database testing. 
  • Experience with Java for automation testing. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Previous experience mentoring junior team members is a plus.
