We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Customer Care & Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our company while managing customer communications, calls, and complaints. This role combines customer support, reception, and office coordination, requiring strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and professionalism. 



Requirements

Handle inbound phone calls professionally and route them appropriately 

• Manage customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints 

• Log issues, track resolutions, and ensure follow-ups 

• Escalate complex cases when required 

• Maintain records of customer interactions 

• Greet visitors and manage walk-in inquiries 

• Ensure a professional first impression 

• Handle visitor registration and security procedures 

• Support daily office operations 

• Coordinate meetings and schedules 

• Manage office supplies and facilities 

• Maintain digital and physical filing systems
