Description

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans;
  • Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to create interactive and meaningful learning experiences;
  • Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to support their academic growth;
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that values diversity and promotes mutual respect;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to integrate cultural elements into the curriculum and promote cross-cultural understanding;
  • Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and cultural competency;
  • Engage with parents and the community to foster partnerships and support students' holistic development.


Responsibilities

  • Educational background in Education, History, Geography, or a related field, providing the necessary knowledge and expertise to effectively teach Geography and History;
  • Teaching certification/license;
  • Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in an international or cross-cultural setting;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Proficiency in working with children;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Cultural sensitivity and openness to diverse perspectives;
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a multicultural environment.
