Personal Assistant

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the school leadership team, including the Head of Campus and other senior staff;
• Prepare and handle correspondence, reports, and other documents;
• Facilitate effective communication with parents, teachers, and external partners​;
• Draft, review, and distribute communications on behalf of school administrators​;
• Plan, organize, and coordinate campus related events, meetings, and conferences​;
• Ensure all logistical arrangements are in place, including venue setup, catering, and technology​;
• Maintain and organize school records, files, and documents, ensuring confidentiality and security;
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials​;
• Assist in the planning and execution of school projects and initiatives​;
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of projects​;
• Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for school administrators​;
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school office​;
• Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and functional​;
• Handle general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing mail​;
• Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions and communications​;
• Skills in event planning and coordination.

Background:



• Education in related field​;
• Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role, preferably in an educational setting​;
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills​;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills​;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software​;
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively​;
• Multilingual abilities, especially proficiency in languages Russian and Azerbaijan​;
• Training in customer service, conflict resolution, or communication skills​;
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse groups.
