Ensure entry and exit checks to the shopping center;
Check security passes of shopping center employees;
Treating the guests of shopping center in a pleasant and gentle manner without allowing any rudeness, keeping attention on them, and immediately inform the Security Shift Supervisor of any unpleasant incidents;
When serving at the posts and floors do it carefully and responsibly, and performing the tasks given by the management unquestioningly and on time;
Being careful in assigned posts and areas, not lose the attention and concentration even for a moment and not leave the service area without permission;
Check the general security of the shopping center and report the potential danger;
To comply with all labor protection and technical safety rules stipulated by the Labor Code, fire safety, legislation.
Responsibilities
Education: Secondary or higher education;
Work experience: At least 6 months to 1 year;
Fluency in Azerbaijani: (Additional language skills are an advantage);
Military service: Must be fit for service;
Customer service skills: Good communication, polite behavior, hospitality;
Physical fitness: Good physical condition, ability to stand for long periods;
Psychological readiness: Stress-resistant, ability to make quick decisions, ability to resolve conflicts;
Relevant training or course completion is an advantage: (Knowledge of safety procedures, fire safety, first aid, ability to work with surveillance cameras);
Other qualities: Accuracy, sense of responsibility, strong observation skills, ability to work in a team.
