Human Resources Specialist

The search for suitable candidates for the security department, the preparation of job advertisements, and their publication across various channels will be carried out. The interview and selection processes will be managed, candidate documents will be verified, and employment contracts will be prepared. Additionally, the registration and updating of employee operational data, as well as the proper management of daily HR operations, will be ensured.

• Preparing job advertisements and publishing them across various recruitment channels (online platforms, job fairs, etc.) to find suitable candidates for the security department;
• Organizing and managing the interview and selection process;
• Verifying candidate documents and information, and conducting relevant assessments;
• Preparing employment contracts for the security department and ensuring the recruitment process is conducted in accordance with relevant regulations;
• Ensuring the proper registration of all documents and information related to the recruitment process;
• Updating and tracking employee operational data in the system;
• Managing the daily operations of security department employees and ensuring proper handling of relevant HR operations.

• Bachelor degree (in Human Resources, Management, or related fields);
• At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and human resources operations;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani and English;
• Excellent organizational skills and time management ability;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
• Proficiency in MS Office programs.
