- Daily management of the company's existing network equipment. Ensuring the functionality of current systems and resolving simple issues;
- Adhering to basic security measures: monitoring firewall settings, applying network security policies, and supporting VPN connections;
- Monitoring network performance using network monitoring tools, promptly identifying problems, and proposing solutions;
- Performing software updates for network components;
- Providing support for cloud network connections and remote network access for employees working remotely;
- Collaborating with the network administrator and other IT team members to assist in resolving complex network issues.
Responsibilities
- Higher education in IT;
- Strong knowledge of network technologies;
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in the networking field;
- Experience working with Cisco, HP, or other network devices;
- Knowledge of firewall settings, VPN configurations, and basic security principles;
- Strong analytical thinking skills;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English.
