Description
- Lead the retail, office, and shopping center renovation/reconstruction projects;
- Technical review of all projects in DWG files;
- Prepare design, spec and BOQ for revision works of the malls which are under operation;
- Auditing of fit-out activities of the malls which stores are under construction;
- Daily routine check & control and report of the tenant’s activities;
- Translating and transferring the needs of the leasing/commercial department to construction team;
- Research, plans, designs and administers fit-out/reconstructed projects, applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials;
- Determine functional and spatial requirements of new projects or renovation and prepare information regarding design, specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and fit-out/reconstruction time;
- Plans layout of project and integrates engineering elements into unified design for review and approval;
- Prepares scale drawings and contract documents for building contractors;
- Conducts periodic on-site observation of work during fit-out/reconstruction to monitor compliance with Visit building sites and ensure work is done appropriately and according to plans;
- Working with clients to determine requirements for projects
- Develop and give presentations about the upcoming shopping mall projects;
- Monitor projects to ensure high quality and proper execution;
- Creating and maintaining project progress reports.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field;
- Minimum 4 years of architectural experience or similar;
- Excellent technical drawing skills;
- Advanced knowledge of building codes and regulations;
- Excellent creative and visualization skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Good knowledge of speaking and writing in English;
- Good planning and time management skills;
- Proficient in MS Office and programs such as AutoCAD, 3D modelling software (Revit, Archicad, etc.);
- Familiarity with MEP works;
- Able to do inspect nonconformances in the buildings;
- Good organizing skills, communication and interpersonal skills, flexible, work ethics, attention to detail and reliable;
- Business/financial management expertise.
