Description

Role:

This is a central, cross-portfolio role within the Marketing function, responsible for coordinating partnership-driven commercial initiatives, advertising revenue collaborations and guest engagement programs implemented across all PASHA Malls locations.

The position focuses on marketing ownership, coordination and rollout of partnership and loyalty initiatives, working closely with internal teams, external partners and agencies to ensure consistent implementation, strong commercial impact and alignment with PASHA Malls’ brand and guest experience standards.


Advertising & Commercial Partnerships:

  • Manage and oversee advertising revenue partnerships across the PASHA Malls portfolio;
  • Coordinate day-to-day collaboration with advertising partners, including alignment on pricing models, advertising formats, placements and commercial terms;
  • Control revenue-related processes, including invoicing accuracy, revenue tracking, performance reporting and compliance with contractual obligations;
  • Identify and implement new revenue-generating advertising formats, sponsorship opportunities and multi-brand solutions in collaboration with advertising partners;
  • Ensure partner compliance with mall aesthetic standards, design codes and technical safety rules for all physical installations and activations.

 

Partnership Coordination & Guest Experience:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with non-advertising partners to add value to the PASHA Malls guest experience;
  • Enable the creation of partner-supported guest services and experience solutions that enhance the visitor journey;
  • Design and execute partnership-driven programs and benefit initiatives that drive footfall, engagement and repeat visits.

 

Marketing Ownership of Loyalty & Digital Solutions:

  • Develop portfolio-wide loyalty programs, focusing on spend-based rewards, tiered privileges and high-value partner benefits;
  • Coordinate engagement mechanics (promotions, gamification) within digital platforms to ensure they are guest-centric and easy to understand;
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all marketing offers and partner benefits are guest-centric, scalable and perfectly synced with the physical on-site experience.

 

Marketing Integration & Project Execution:

  • Ensure all partnership, loyalty and ecosystem initiatives are communicated with a clear logic and consistent tone across the entire PASHA Malls portfolio;
  • Define and structure partnership offerings for cross-mall rollout, ensuring they align with our brand strategy and high guest-experience standards;
  • Develop clear marketing briefs and communication frameworks for agencies and internal teams to ensure top-tier execution of partnership-driven projects;
  • Execute large-scale, multi-brand commercial campaigns and reward-based programs across all mall locations;
  • Manage key calendar-based initiatives, ensuring creative alignment, partner involvement and smooth execution across the portfolio;
  • Proactively identify new commercial opportunities and market trends to increase footfall, sales and guest participation through innovative partnership mechanics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Partnerships or Business Development;
  • Strong negotiation skills, agency management and the ability to coordinate complex projects involving multiple stakeholders;
  • Experience in managing marketing projects that have a direct impact on sales or revenue (e.g., trade marketing, co-branding or sponsorship management);
  • Familiarity with loyalty programs and mobile app engagement is a plus;
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate projects involving multiple internal departments and external partners simultaneously;
  • Ability to generate and interpret reports, analyze marketing metrics and use data to drive decision-making;
  • Native-level fluency in Azerbaijani; professional proficiency in English and Russian;
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of marketing automation tools is a plus;
  • Ability to travel within the country (portfolio visits).
