Description

·       Providing support to Procurement Department on day-to-day activities;

·       Dealing with Pasha Malls consolidated procurement requirements, being a single point of contact for all Ongoing liaison with Originators on a subject matter and Contract post-award management requirements as and when needed;

·       Handling Pasha Malls centralized AVL (approved vendor list) processes;

·       Administrating of procurement platform and consulting end-users on ongoing activities;

·       Participating and facilitating Pasha Malls’ Procurement consolidation processes (within Demand Plan of Consolidated Opportunity formation);

·       Meetings with the related parties to ensure alignment of procurement policies, procedures and processes are favorable;

·       Work closely with end-users to understand details of procurement requirements;

·       Managing daily, monthly, and quarterly reports;

·       Analyse, evaluate and coordinate with line manager on the issues related to procurement activities;

·       Manage new supplier pre-qualification process;

·       Develop mechanisms and metrics to track supplier performance related to delivery, quality, and cost;

·       Conducts product and vendor research for goods and services to determine price trends, availability, alternative products and potential future problems or opportunities.

Responsibilities

·       Bachelor or master’s degree in Technical, Engineering, Finance, Economics or any other-related studies

·       Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in procurement roles with similar capacity

·       Strong verbal and writing skills in Azerbaijani and English (min. Upper Intermediate)

·       Experience in consolidated tenders (identification of scope consolidation opportunity, scope consolidation and delivery date coordination with stakeholders and consolidated tender execution)

·       Experience in supplier performance management and customer management

·       Experience in supplier selection (pre-qualification), service execution performance analysing, suppliers’ development

·       CIPS certificate is plus.

·       Proven negotiation, conflict resolution, and management skills

·       Ability to quickly build strong rapport and relationships with internal process partners and suppliers.
