We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and a key link between the business and the wider HR function. Partnering with assigned business units, you will translate business objectives into people strategies and ensure the consistent, high-quality delivery of the full HR cycle - from talent acquisition and performance to reward, development, and organizational design. This is a hands-on, influential role for an HR professional who combines strategic thinking with strong execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring the fair and timely resolution of employee relations matters, grievances, and conflicts.
- Ensure consistent execution of all core HR processes, acting as a bridge between business units and the HR Transformation & Operational Excellence function.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned functions -job briefing, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
- Lead and support the Performance Management cycle, ensuring clear objective-setting, regular feedback, and high-quality year-end evaluations.
- Support the annual Merit Review and Bonus process, working with Reward to ensure alignment with performance outcomes, budget guidelines, and fairness principles.
- Support Talent Management and Succession Planning, including talent reviews, potential assessments, and maintenance of succession pipelines.
- Participate in Development Needs Analysis, identifying capability gaps and supporting managers through the process.
- Lead organizational structure changes, including position management and restructuring.
- Support job grading and evaluation.
- Actively participate in HR projects and organizational initiatives, contributing to HR transformation, change management, and policy improvements.
- Strictly follow internal rules, processes, policies, and instructions; adhere to the company's operational risk management policy and identify and act on emerging risk factors in a timely manner.
