Job Summary: Reports to the Director of the Audit and Internal Control Department. The primary purpose of this role is to establish, implement, and ensure the sustainable operation of a unified, Group-wide Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management System (HSE-MS), while maintaining compliance with international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and applicable local legislation.
This role is responsible for overseeing the implementation of HSE policies across the PRE ecosystem, driving proactive risk management practices, fostering a strong safety culture, and leading environmental sustainability initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Establish, implement, and ensure compliance of the Group-wide HSE Management System (HSE-MS) with international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and local regulatory requirements;
- Develop and ensure implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks across the PRE ecosystem;
- Conduct HSE risk assessments, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance and implement preventive measures aimed at risk mitigation;
- Promote safety culture by ensuring proper registration and investigation of incidents and accidents, and implementation of corrective actions;
- Manage environmental protection and sustainability initiatives (waste management, pollution prevention, energy efficiency programs);
- Ensure the availability and effectiveness of emergency preparedness and response plans across all facilities and assets;
- Develop and standardize HSE policies, procedures, and templates across all business units;
- Monitor contractors’ and suppliers’ HSE compliance and performance;
- Manage centralized HSE documentation and reporting dashboards to ensure management awareness;
- Conduct daily inspections, toolbox talks, and HSE briefings;
- Monitor HSE performance indicators of contractors and employees;
- Track non-conformity records (NCR), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and audit results;
- Prepare HSE key performance indicators (KPIs), compliance and summary reports, and ensure continuous improvement;
- Promote HSE training, awareness programs, and behavior-based safety initiatives across all business units;
- Analyze and audit the effectiveness and compliance of existing HSE policies, procedures, and management systems in Operating Companies;
- Participate in establishing continuous monitoring and control mechanisms for HSE activities in Operating Companies;
- Provide recommendations aimed at reducing HSE risks at the Group level.
