Manage all stages of HR operations ensuring efficiency, compliance, and accuracy.
Ensure consistent and accurate synchronization of employee data across SAP, SuccessFactors (SF) module, internal employee records, documentation, labor books and the state portal (EMAS).
Maintain and ensure accurate tracking and regulatory compliance for all categories of employee leave.
Provide support for payroll processing, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely payments.
Oversee and administer the end-to-end medical insurance process, ensuring compliance and accurate employee coverage.
Prepare and deliver employee-related reports in response to requests from internal and external stakeholders.
Support internal and external audit processes through coordination, data analysis, compliance checks, and timely resolution of audit findings.
Assist employees with HR operations-related requests and provide timely support.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations and payroll processing.
Strong knowledge of labor legislation with practical hands-on experience.
High attention to detail and accuracy in payroll calculations and HR documentation.
Strong communication, time management, prioritization, and independent working skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executives, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of SAP and SuccessFactors (SF) is preferred.
