Description

  • Assist users with troubleshooting hardware and software issues via phone, email, or in-person;
  • Log, prioritize, and track incidents and service requests using a ticketing system;
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners;
  • Create, manage, and troubleshoot user accounts and permissions;
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, solutions, and processes;
  • Offer basic training to users on new technologies, software, and best practices;
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure they are functioning optimally;
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or specialized teams when necessary;
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems to prevent issues;
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude when interacting with users.


Responsibilities

  • Education: A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred;
  • Experience: Previous experience in a helpdesk or technical support role is required;
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications;
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and helpdesk software;
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to provide high-quality customer service and support;
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Certifications (Optional but preferred): CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or similar certifications;
  • Language: Azerbaijani (Native), English (intermediate).
