Description

  • Assists prepare and structure standalone and consolidated financial statements in a clean, visual, and professional format
  • Build dynamic dashboards in Power BI or Excel to communicate key financial metrics and trends
  • Translate complex data into clear, impactful visual presentations for internal and board-level reporting
  • Create analytical reports to support costing, margin analysis, and budget control processes.
  • Design business unit or department-specific expense reports using interactive filters and drilldowns.
  • Provide visual support for variance analysis, forecasting, and long-term planning discussions
  • Automate recurring reports to reduce manual workload using Excel (macros, Power Query) or BI tools
  • Develop and maintain standardized templates for routine reporting cycles.
  • Ensure clean data flows from ERP systems (SAP) into reporting structures
  • Collaborate with reporting, controlling and tax teams to maintain consistent and accurate data across reports.
  • Serve as a reporting liaison between Finance and IT/ERP departments for system improvements.
  • Provide support and training for internal users to adopt BI dashboards and reporting tools

Responsibilities

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, analysis, or BI development.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, formulas).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with financial statement preparation.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail, structured thinking, and a visual storytelling mindset.
  • Prior experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or 1C.
  • Background in FMCG, manufacturing industry.
