Description
- Perform diagnostics, adjustment, repair and technical maintenance of the equipment assigned to the role
- Identify and eliminate equipment faults and restore equipment to full working order
- Detect non-conformities in equipment condition based on regulatory and technical documentation, eliminate them, and record the outcomes in the ERP system
- Record changes made to key equipment parameters (Center Line) in the ERP system
- Record in the ERP the work plan and spare parts required to resolve faults; raise requests through the ERP for spare parts that are not in stock
- Comply with work execution technology and with the rules for using and storing tools, consumables and equipment parts
- Observe safety requirements during equipment operation, adjustment, repair and maintenance, and prevent potential hazards
- Report to management on completed work
- Carry out other tasks within the scope of the role, including project work
Requirements
- Higher education in electrical engineering, electronics, or production process automation
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating similar equipment as an electronics engineer
- Foundational knowledge of electrical engineering, electronics and automation
- Basic knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC) and human-machine interfaces (HMI); knowledge of Siemens Simatic S7 and Beckhoff TwinCAT is an advantage
- Understanding of the operating principles, adjustment and control of sensors, motors, inverters and other electrical/electronic components
- Ability to read and design electrical schematics
- Knowledge of the types, applications and usage rules of soldering equipment; ability to solder circuit elements
- Ability to use measuring, control and diagnostic instruments
- Knowledge of installation and technical operation rules for electrical devices
- Electrical safety qualification group 3 for the operation of electrical installations
- Logical thinking, root-cause analysis skills, ability to communicate technical information clearly, and teamwork
