Ensure the company’s operations, productions, and projects comply with relevant legal and regulatory standards;
Monitor and advise on legal risks and compliance issues, media law, and employment law;
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to production, including agreements with vendors, talent, distribution partners, licensing, and co-productions;
Develop standard templates and streamline processes to reduce risk and improve efficiency;
Oversee copyright, trademarks matters, and licensing of creative content;
Implement policies and training to prevent and address issues such as liability, data protection, and industry-specific compliance;
Advise on employment agreements, labor compliance, and workplace policies tailored for the production environment;
Support HR in resolving employment-related legal issues, including conflicts, contracts, and compliance with labor regulations;
Provide day-to-day legal guidance and support to various departments within the production company;
Collaborate cross-functionally to support business objectives while managing legal risk.
Responsibilities
Education: Bachelor degree in relevant field;
Experience: minimum 2-3 years proven experience in Legal;
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
