Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office and Housekeeping departments.
- Control and monitor guest satisfaction to ensure high standards of service and resolve any issues promptly.
- Ensure exceptional guest service, managing and resolving guest complaints effectively.
- Supervise room assignments, room occupancy, and availability.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Train and mentor staff, ensuring they meet the hotel's standards of service.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, implementing improvements where needed.
Responsibilities
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience Room Division Manager.
- System Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Opera Fidelio systems.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Personality: Positive, approachable, and able to inspire a team.
