Job Description:

  • Ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of the company’s IT infrastructure (computers, servers, printers, network equipment)
  • Receive, analyze, and promptly resolve IT-related requests from users
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues
  • Monitor daily performance of network, internet, and internal systems
  • Set up computers, email accounts, and system access for new employees
  • Ensure compliance with information security policies and procedures
  • Maintain and update IT asset inventory
  • Coordinate with external IT service providers when required


Responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Higher or vocational education in Information Technology or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in IT support or a similar role (preferably in hospitality)
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and office equipment
  • Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn

Language Skills:

  • Azerbaijani – fluent
  • English – intermediate (technical reading and communication)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the hospitality industry (hotel, restaurant, or service sector) is an advantage
  • Experience with Opera PMS, Micros, or POS systems
  • Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus
