Description
- Constantly monitor and expand the product assortment within the Kids category;
- Analyze market prices and set competitive pricing strategies;
- Plan, create, and execute promotional campaigns in collaboration with partners;
- Control category margins and ensure profitability targets are met;
- Stay up to date with market trends and introduce new relevant products to the category;
- Select, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers, including contract management;
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain strong relationships with top partners to ensure product availability;
- Optimize product presentation to improve customer experience and conversion;
- Actively work on increasing GMV and achieving category growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in category management, preferably in Kids or a related segment;
- Basic understanding of e-commerce tools and operational processes;
- Knowledge of consumer behavior differences in online and offline markets for the Kids category;
- Experience in supplier negotiations and contract execution;
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
