The CRM Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing CRM communications via push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, and email to improve customer engagement and retention.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Planning and executing CRM communications for Umico customers through push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, and email.
  • Automating trigger-based communications and launching manual one-time campaigns in CDP Bloomreach (Exponea).
  • Creating customer segments in the CDP system for future interactions.
  • Analyzing CRM campaigns and promotions, drawing insights to improve effectiveness.
  • Copywriting SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages in Russian and Azerbaijani.
  • Designing email templates for customer communications.

Responsibilities

  • Higher education (Bachelor’s degree).
  • Experience in CRM management, including customer segmentation and direct communication via push, SMS, and email.
  • Experience working with CDP platforms; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • The role requires a data-driven approach, creative communication skills, and the ability to optimize customer interactions for business growth.
