Develop and execute full-funnel user acquisition strategies across digital and offline channels

Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.)

Drive offline acquisition initiatives (e.g., OOH, partnerships, events)

Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to align marketing efforts

Implement and manage attribution, tracking, and measurement frameworks

Continuously analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and optimize based on insights

Responsibilities

  • 3+ years in digital marketing roles with a strong track record in user acquisition
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from data
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with internal and external teams


Professional Experience Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing and scaling paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok
  • Familiarity with mobile measurement platforms (e.g., Appsflyer), Google Analytics, and attribution models
  • Experience launching and optimizing both online and offline acquisition initiatives
