Internal communications manager

• Build strategic communication around goals, changes, and initiatives

• Design and manage top-down and bottom-up flows

• Launch pulse surveys, analyze and communicate the results

• Organize Q&As, demo days, AMAs, and other engaging formats

• Lead crisis communication: strategy, tempo, messaging

• Manage platforms: Teams, Outlook, WhatsApp, townhalls, etc.

• Oversee communication channels: effectiveness, audience, format

• Work with data: reach, engagement, feedback

• 2–3 years of experience in internal communications

• Ability to work with top management and office teams

• Skills in facilitation, writing, and visual storytelling

• A sense of rhythm and understanding of team dynamics

• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action

• Fluency in AZ / ENG / RUS is a plus
