- Researching and evaluating potential local and international suppliers.
- Obtaining price quotations from suppliers for required goods and services.
- Conducting a comparative analysis of received quotations based on price, quality, delivery terms, and other commercial conditions.
- Preparing purchase orders and entering them into the system.
- Monitoring the status of orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintaining regular written and verbal communication with suppliers.
- Assisting with the management of procurement-related documentation (e.g., contracts, invoices, etc.).
Требования
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Azerbaijani, proficient in English; Russian is a plus.
- Computer Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills.
