Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Specialist located in Baku. The HR Specialist will handle day-to-day HR tasks such as managing personnel, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and ensuring effective HR management. The role includes liaising with employees and management to address issues and provide HR-related support and guidance.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management skills
• HR Management and HR Policies development experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Human Resources
• Practical experience in Performance Management
• Experience in Learning & Development
• Experience in HR Operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
