Описание

Lead and manage architectural design stages: concept, schematic, detailed design and construction documentation;
Ensure all design outputs comply with applicable regulations, standards, and project requirements;
Develop and review architectural tender packages including drawings, BOQ and technical specifications;
Manage tendering processes: respond to bidders’ inquiries, provide clarifications and conduct technical evaluations;
Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors and suppliers throughout design and construction phases;
Work collaboratively with MEP, structural and other technical disciplines to ensure full integration of designs;
Conduct site inspections for architectural works and report any deviations or non-conformities;
Manage and track design changes, prepare revision drawings and documentation updates;
Support material selection processes including mock-up reviews and technical approvals;
Ensure proper handover documentation and design close-out at project completion;
Identify design risks and proactively support mitigation actions;
Auditing of fit-out activities of the malls which stores are under construction;
Daily routine check & control and report of the tenant’s activities;
Translating and transferring the needs of the leasing/commercial department to construction team;
Research, plans, designs and administers fit-out/reconstructed projects, applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials;
Determine functional and spatial requirements of new projects or renovation and prepare information regarding design, specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and fit-out/reconstruction time;
Conducts periodic on-site observation of work during fit-out/reconstruction to monitor compliance with design and preparing snag lists accordingly;
Working with clients to determine requirements for projects;
Develop and give presentations about the upcoming shopping mall projects.Monitor projects to ensure high quality and proper execution.

Требования

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture;
7–10 years of experience in architectural design and construction supervision (preferably retail, commercial or mixed-use projects);
Proficient in international and local building codes and standards;
Excellent command of AutoCAD, Revit/BIM tools and MS Office applications;
Strong English language skills (written & verbal);
Excellent creative and visualization skills;
Detail-oriented, analytical and solution-driven mindset;
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines;
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills;
Familiarity with MEP works ;
Able to do inspect nonconformances in the buildings;
Good organizing skills, communication and interpersonal skills, flexible, work ethics, attention to detail and reliable.
