Provide active orders on time. To continue orders taking into account the production and delivery time of active orders;
To ensure that the stock level for each raw material corresponds to the material requirement of the monthly production plan;
Conduct procurement, monitoring, expediating and control of materials, goods and services in order to obtain the right products, materials and services against the optimal and required quality / price ratio, taking into account the economy of procurement;
Negotiating price, shipping and delivery time with contractors;
Carry out timely monitoring of shipments;
Maintaining good relations with suppliers;
Evaluate suppliers reliability;
Manage supplier risks;
Timely entering information related to orders into the 1C program;
Ensure all orders/contract documents comply with local regulations and functional policies;
Ensure that submitted documents are correct and comply with customs and other local regulations;
If required, prepare advance declaration for all goods entering the country;
Submit reports to the head of the planning, procurement and logistics department on time;

Bachelor’s or equivalent college degree – focus on Logistics & Procurement preferred;
Work experience 4-5 years in relevant area
Knowledge of the English and Russian languages on an advanced level
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Problem-solving and communication skills
