- We are seeking an experienced, visionary Wellness & Spa Director to lead the strategic implementation and ongoing operations of our SPA and Wellness, across all AHG properties.
- This role is pivotal in creating a unified, elevated spa and wellness experience that reflects mindfulness, relaxation, and holistic wellbeing.
Responsibilities
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury wellness/spa operations, with regional or group-level oversight.
- Proven track record in launching and managing spa concepts.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passionate about wellness, with a creative and guest-centric mindset.
- International exposure and culturally sensitive approach.
- Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
