Description

  • Analyze, document, and refine business and system requirements for card products and related processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of card-related features and processes within various API frameworks (SOAP, REST).
  • Design and implement processes related to card transactions and services.
  • Understanding background processes, API management,best practices for authentication and authorization.
  • Utilize MSSQL for querying and reporting card-related data, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that card product features and systems are fully aligned.

Responsibilities

  • Proven experience as a System/Business Analyst with a strong focus on card products and banking card-related processes.
  • In-depth understanding of API styles (SOAP, REST) and experience with both synchronous and asynchronous processing.
  • Familiarity with background processes, API management, HTTP methods, authentication, and authorization.
  • Proficiency in MSSQL for data querying and reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with COMPAS Plus system is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with Azericard UFX methods is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in a fintech or banking environment, particularly with card products.
  • Familiarity of PCI DSS and related banking security regulations.
  • Understanding any of workflow methodologies(Agile,Scrum,Waterfall).
