Project Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager Specialist to lead complex projects from initiation through execution and delivery. In this strategic role, the ideal candidate will oversee cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects across various departments.
• Develop detailed project plans, define scope, allocate resources, and manage project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and progress.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Track project performance and provide regular updates, status reports, and presentations to stakeholders and executives.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and applying lessons learned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of progressive experience in project management, including managing large-scale and cross-functional initiatives.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification required.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Exceptional communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Fluency in Azerbaijan and English, Russian is an advantage.

Working schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (5 working days per week).
