Description


  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel;
  • Answering and managing phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls as needed;
  • Handling inquiries and providing information to clients and the public;
  • Performing clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence; 
  • Coordinating of stationary stock and log;
  • Coordinating Company mail issues, responsible for communication with courier companies.


Responsibilities

  • Higher education;
  • Essential skills for a receptionist include excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities;
  • Knowledge of Azerbaijany and English languages ( Russian is an advantage);
  • Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors and other employee;
  • Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly;
  • Patience and listening skills to respond appropriate and interact positively with visitors;
  • Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all customers, such as being personable and attentive.
