Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing technical inquiries and resolving customer issues.
Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and grow the client base within the metallurgical sector.
Analyze industry trends, market needs, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to adapt sales strategies to align with product offerings and market demands.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of metallurgical products, including their applications, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Provide expert-level consultation to clients, offering technical advice and recommending the most suitable solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and seminars to educate clients on the technical specifications and advantages of metallurgical products.
Track and report on sales performance, key metrics, and market feedback using CRM systems.
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and progress reports to management.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all sales-related documentation, including contracts, proposals, and sales reports.
Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and product offerings.
Mentor and share best practices with junior sales team members, contributing to their development and success.
Responsibilities
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Material Science, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of sales experience in the metallurgical industry or related sectors, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and closing high-value deals.
Strong technical understanding of metallurgy, including metals, alloys, and manufacturing processes.
Experience in B2B sales and long sales cycles, particularly in technical or industrial markets.
