  • Manage and develop relationships with high-value accounts within the metallurgical industry, including manufacturers, suppliers, and industrial clients.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams within assigned accounts and regions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing technical inquiries and resolving customer issues.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and grow the client base within the metallurgical sector.
  • Analyze industry trends, market needs, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to adapt sales strategies to align with product offerings and market demands.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of metallurgical products, including their applications, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Provide expert-level consultation to clients, offering technical advice and recommending the most suitable solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and seminars to educate clients on the technical specifications and advantages of metallurgical products.
  • Track and report on sales performance, key metrics, and market feedback using CRM systems.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and progress reports to management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all sales-related documentation, including contracts, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and product offerings.
  • Mentor and share best practices with junior sales team members, contributing to their development and success.

Tələblər

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Material Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the metallurgical industry or related sectors, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong technical understanding of metallurgy, including metals, alloys, and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in B2B sales and long sales cycles, particularly in technical or industrial markets.

 

Skills:

  • Sales Expertise: Ability to drive the sales process from lead generation through to closing complex deals.
  • Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of metallurgical products and their applications in various industries.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills, able to manage contract terms and secure profitable deals.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software for pipeline management, tracking sales activities, and generating reports.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
